DISCREET DELIVERY:

You don’t need to worry about shopping with Research Chemicals . You alone will be aware of the contents of your package. Every single one of our packages is very covert and will resemble the ones in the image below. Just your address, our (return) address, and the required postage information are printed on the outside of the package. Naturally, Passion Dutch will not be used as the sender’s name.

Can you deliver to my country?

We exclusively send specific products to some countries or don’t ship to others in order to provide the finest service. Please contact us by email to find out what items are available and whether we ship to your state or nation.info@researchchemicals.com OR CONTACT US. This will help you determine the estimated delivery time for your package and the associated shipping costs.

How long do you ship?

We strive to ship out all orders as soon as possible. Please allow at least 1-2 business days or 1-4 days of shipping transit time, depending on where you live.

Do i get tracking?

After your item(s) are wrapped and a shipping label is made, you will receive a tracking number.Most of our orders are shipped by DHL, UPS, EMS, or Priority Mail. After we receive your payment, we will give you tracking numbers for your packages within 24 hours (excluding government holidays). On the webpage where your email was sent, you can monitor your orders.

Is you packing safe?

We offer discreet and extremely competent shipping and delivery services. Regarding the packaging, items are wrapped in greasy plastic and vacuum-sealed; even with an ION scanner, there is no scent or x-ray penetration.

Delivery Postponements, Convulsions, and Reshipment:

Delivery Delays: A number of things can cause delays, including postal system malfunctions or local, state, federal, and/or municipal holidays.

SEIZURES AND RE-SHIPPING: We achieve a 97%+ success rate in deliveries. We have a very high delivery success rate.

DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT: Owing to our special packing technique and carefully managed shipping protocols, it is incredibly uncommon for your item to sustain damage while in transit. However, please take some photos with a digital camera and submit them to us via email at info@researchchemicals.com if you receive your parcel and discover broken things or different or fewer items than you purchased. If you provide us with a photo of a package that is obviously damaged, we will replace it without hesitation with faulty goods. We will resend your order if you decide not to place another order and submit us a scanned copy of your original pharmaceutical import license. However, if you place a second order for the same amount as the first, you will have to pay for shipping again, and the entire cost of the damaged box will be sent again.

General Shipping Policy & Reshipping Policy:

  • Orders will only be processed and shipped if payment has been received and a legitimate, clean shipping address has been supplied, at our discretion.
  • Without providing prior notification on the Internet, we reserve the right to change our shipping terms and conditions. (Because the postal service and customs department rules and regulations in the destination country affect our shipping policies and order reverse policies.)
  • Within 24 to 48 hours, orders are processed and mailed out.(Public holidays)
  • Larger orders are always divided into manageably manageable, distinct shipments.
  • We always ensure a safe and seamless delivery for your shipments by preparing them to be robust and noiseless throughout transit.
  • As always, we pay for all standard shipping charges.
  • Regular shipments from us are sent by registered airmail (priority), which has tracking and needs to be signed for upon arrival.
  • (In this manner, shipment is more dependable, quicker, and still incredibly secure and discrete.)
  • For packages that aren’t received but were dispatched via registered mail (tracking, signature, priority), or because they were seized, we only promise a one-time 100% resend or refund on the subsequent order for the same amount as the prior, subject to the following conditions:
  • The dispatch date was two months ago. (The lost items)
  • The seizure letter must be scanned and submitted. (Objects were taken.)
  • A completely new, secure shipping address that has nothing to do with the prior recipient is required.
  • If an item is damaged or destroyed during transit, we provide a 100% one-time resend under certain conditions.
  • You must email us some photographs of damaged products/packaging. (Original condition, right after arrival)

We do not allow local pick-up from our warehouse.
